Bizarre rock formations Aderspach - Teplice Rocks are one of the biggest attractions of our region. They are also a destination for climbers who love climbing on sandstone. Sandstone areas are for its natural values declared national nature reserves.

Ostaš

Table Mountain Ostaš was declared in 1956 as a nature reserve. On top Ostaš rocks are forming the plateau. On top rocks are few prospects in Broumov and Police area. The local rock climbers are widely used and in the lower parts also allow bouldering.
In the Middle Ages rendered Ostaš refuge for the surrounding population, who are hiding in the rocks during the wars.
